The sweet spot for planning your vacation is usually 6 to 12 months in advance. Some destinations don’t open that early for reservations, but cruises are the exception—you can often book those up to two years ahead, giving you plenty of time to design something truly special.

Yes! There are several ways your Planning Fee can be waived:

• Transferring an existing booking: If you’ve already reserved your vacation and would like my help finalizing the details, I’m happy to take over and assist—no additional fee required.

• Using a cruise placeholder: When it’s time to book a new sailing using a placeholder from a previous cruise, the planning fee is waived.

• Booking a specific resort or cruise: If you already know exactly which resort or cruise you’d like to book and simply want my expertise to handle the arrangements, there’s no fee.

• Adding family or friends: If you’ve already paid the planning fee and your family or friends decide to join your trip, there’s only one fee per group—no extra charge for additional rooms.
